GBSpacious and the location was fab. The kitchen would be good for entertaining
Some of the kitchen equipment had not been cleaned and there were only four cups ! I contacted Charlie but nothing was done! It was a property with little ventilation or windows that open or indeed windows at all and therefore some areas had a musty smell and I did ask Charlie for a fan as it was hot in the property. There are many stairs so be warned . It would not suit the elderly or anyone with mobility issues. The shower access was via a very high bath, again not suitable for the elderly or infirm. There was evidence of behind cupboards and beds having not been cleaned properly but linen was clean. There is no outside area to chill and needs some decor tlc .

The place was dirty, dusty, grimy and shabby. It is difficult to say how upsetting and disgusted we all were with the accommodation. Even my 4 young grandchildren didn't want to stay there!
GBWe stayed here for three days and overall had a good time. The location is excellent—very close to the seaside and the high street, which made it easy to explore Brighton on foot.
Amenities were sufficient for our needs. However, the cleanliness could be improved, as some of the bed sheets seemed like they might not have been freshly washed (they had an odd smell). Also worth noting: there are quite a few stairs. The kitchen/dining area is in the basement, with a flight of stairs to the living area, and more stairs to reach the bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. I wouldn’t recommend it for families with young children, elderly guests, or anyone with mobility issues. It’s better suited to a younger crowd who won’t mind the layout. Lastly, the neighbourhood is fairly noisy at night—even on weekdays. It’s Brighton, so maybe that’s to be expected, but light sleepers should be aware.
GBGBBooked this very last minute when our previous booking cancelled with two days notice. Could not be more pleased with our find. It was the perfect location, a very short walk to the sea and lots of local shops, bars and clubs nearby. The house was so spacious, a fantastic living area and huge kitchen. So much space for our group, and spread out over 4 floors we never felt like we were on each others' toes. Communication was amazing, so quick to respond and nothing but helpful. This place really made our weekend special. Thank you!
