There was no aircon In the morning I showered with cold water

We paid a R1000 deposit as per booking.com policy as listed under their property, the staff member accepted the deposit and affirmed that we would receive the refund upon check-out provided that the place is not damaged in any way, long story short, upon check-out we were informed that the police is old and we were not expected to have made any deposit payments, the staff member who accepted the cash payment was unreachable and the property refused to make an immediate refund, we now had to receive a refund of R480 since we agreed with the property that they would use the other R520 as payment for time spent in their property, long story short we received our full refund after close to two weeks, they first refunded us R250 and later, after constant enquiries R230 after we made several follow-ups. Their conduct was very unprofessional and the manner in which they resolved this was disappointing. There was no hot water throughout our stay.

La grille de la chambre ne se fermait pas car ils n’avaient pas les clés, la chambre ne correspondait absolument pas aux photos , il n’y a pas de fenêtre dans la chambre pour aérer ,aucun tapis de douche ,rideau de douche était sale. Le ventilateur très sale & non seulement ça ils n’ont pas de trousse de secours pour les premiers soins & même pas d’eau minérale.
