Beach House, San Juan, La Union

The price is quite expensive for the property. We have 3 years old kid and there’s alot of mosquitoes in the room hence we left and didn’t stay there.

#1 MOST Important for us was the solid Wi-Fi connection. #2 The cooking facilities and refrigerator were useful. #3 The location was convenient and near the beach. Like the other commenter stated, we had to walk a little out to get away from the coral area, but that wasn't a big deal. Note: The previous guests left late and the caretaker rushed to prepare the space for us. (Please tell her thank you.) Although I did not make any special requests for a "quiet room" in my booking, the only "noise" was the roosters - pretty normal.

We first had trouble locating the place. It would be helpful to put "2nd house on the left" or something like that. We ended up asking some people near the Resort and then we got MORE lost! LOL. Please, please close the gap at the bottom of the restroom door or post a sign for your foreign visitors. I had a visit from a big spider in the middle of the night in the CR. Na gulat ako! Muntik ako nag ka heart attack!

I arrived and the place is locked and I was told the booing will not be honored. There were very free other places to go and the place I did find was not good. I would not recommend this owner as they don’t honor their bookings.

What i like about the property is the ambiance and spacious place, your dogs will enjoy running in the yard.

The beach is private. Clean house and with utensils aready. Perfect for family groups especially if you want to bring food for cooking. A bit too far for walking distance to the beach but it’s okay.

Too much corals on the beach, going to the deeper sea is hard because the sea floor is hard and uneven.
