Poor quality soap in the room. Poor quality body lotion. Towels were hard and scratchy. No Face Clothes. The carpet in the bathroom was so dirty that we dumped it in the bath and added water and soap. the coffee tea box has not been cleaned in years.

We love the location and the beautiful spacious room. Great shower and linen. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Peaceful neighbourhood with safe parking.

The room we had this time was right above the kitchen and was rather noisy. We also had very noisy neighbours the first night and had to bang on the wall to ask them to turn their music down. Perhaps the kitchen staff could warm the plates before serving meals. The food was not hot.
