Good communication with management

Room #4 was not exactly as it is in the pictures, I communicated this to their management and asked for a refund for the remainder of my stay. They were quick to respond and worked on a resolution for me. Their communication was excellent and there are no hard feelings.

The unit was incredibly clean and was the first bathroom we had in Bali that didn't smell. The staff were very responsive to any inquiries, the air con was reliable (and actually got the room to a decent temperature) and the premises felt very private despite being in such a prime location. We will definitely be returning to stay!

There wasn't room service every day (but I may just have missed that when I booked). There also wasn't a fridge or any kind of kitchen equipment (e.g., a kettle or glasses) in our room. Not a deal breaker but it would have been nice to be able to keep water cold or make tea in the morning.

"Chill room right in the heart of Uluwatu!"

Room is gorgeous! So cozy and peaceful, with all new amenities. The patio area is also so nice and relaxing with the pool. It was the perfect location, close to the beaches and shops!
