CYV - Perla 5 - 1 bed 1 bath beach view

The location cannot be any better! Access across the street to the beach, within walking distance from 1-5 minutes lots of excellent restaurants, grocery and drug stores, banks, and nightclubs (don't worry, far enough to hear no noise). The unit has new furniture with a beautiful shower and a kitchen with all appliances including the washing machine. I am a light sleeper and had no issue with noise in the unit. The bed has an excellent mattress to make you sleep like a baby. I couldn't get enough of the gorgeous views of the sunrise over the ocean and mountains while relaxing on the balcony.

There is really nothing to dislike.

Perla 5-5C Beachfront Location, Location, Location Finding the apartment was simple and getting the keys was as expected, easy too. The worrying part was over. Vacation time now started! Four elevators are available to get to the fifth floor & 5C is around the corner from the elevator. The apartment was spotless and neat as we expected, while still having a look of comfort. All the furniture and decorations in the bedroom and living room looked and felt spanking new. The kitchen was equipped with new pots, dishes and cutlery with all the necessary extras required. Who wants to cook anyways when ~40 restaurants abound around you. The bathroom had a large 2 to 3 person, rock style rain shower to start your day off on a relaxing & positive note. Decorations were calming and again relaxing. The sliding doors led to the balcony with a round wooden table and chairs. Scandinavian style, with grandiose views of both the sea and mountains. This beachfront apartment offered impressive views of both the sea and mountains simultaneously. Watch the fishing boats go and come in the early morning and late afternoon and the beach goers all day. Sunrises were truly incredibly unbelievable from the balcony (from a prosumer photographer). The view at any time of the day is a joy to feel and experience. Enjoying a beverage after having spent time on the beach is so way relaxing. Overall, the beachfront location, exceptional views and comfort are what this apartment offers. We had a great time having fun while enjoying the apartment and its comforts.

I guess being on a higher floor is always better but the fifth was just right.
