They should just provide a simple message over WhatsApp with the link to get to the hotel and pictures on WhatsApp. I also double booked by accident this Hotel the host was able to resell the room that I canceled, but they refuse to give me a refund.

Appartement très sombre / peu lumineux : sur les photos il semble tres lumineux Odeur d’humidité Oreillers avec du sang dans les placards. Porte d'entrée du logement pas sécurisé du tout. Une simple porte qui se rapproche d'une planche en bois. Le prix est cher par rapport à l’appartement. Cela ne valait pas plus de 100e la nuit.

Розташування помешкання дуже зручне, в самому центрі Комо, до набережної озера Комо 10 хв приємної прогулянки, В помешканні є все необхідне для проживання 3-х людей. Дещо незручний для сну диван на кухні . Є кондиціонери , і це великий плюс Господар дуже ввічливий і завжди на звʼязку

Все сподобалось, крім дивану і занадто маленького телевізора у спальні

Nice, clean and cozy flat in the center part of the town. Good food/drink shop just down the stairs and many shops around the corner. Didn’t get to meet the hosts, but they provide you with all the information before your arrival, and respond quickly if help is needed.
