Holden Court Apartments - Apt 3

I had a great experience with my stay at this Property. The host was helpful, great location nearby Heathrow Airport and the amenities were great. The rooms were wonderful, clean and good size. It's an ideal accommodation for guests while waiting for next flight.

The property was right by a bus stop and very close to the station. It was easy to get into London and back again. The cleaning lady was absolutely lovely.

The property smelt really badly of smoke, there were no bowls or cutlery or cooking utensils, so for a self catering apartment it was really difficult. The neighbours were up most nights and it was really noisy from about 21:00 to early hours of the morning, which made it difficult to sleep. I requested an early check in as our flight landed in the morning and the host only received the request when we were outside the building. The previous occupants said they were not aware that they had to check out. The shower was dripping and the toilet was broken, the host did send a plumber to fix the toilet after we notified him. I don’t think I will go back anytime soon.

Was good for a long stay as we had a kitchen, shops close by and lots of space. was moved to apartment 5 instead on the top floor which was a bit better.

there were cobwebs all over; it needed a really good clean before we went in, the other people in the apartments were noisy and banged/slammed until early hours in the morning, the roads past the house were always busy and noisy, there was a strong smell of smoke/weed from within the rooms, the Wi-Fi for the flat didn’t work and the furniture were really run down.

the whole property needs a deep clean the bathroom is badly damaged with clogged sink toilet works when it want to and a very sharp broken door handle. the whole apartment needs a new paint job as there is blood and dirt on the work and other stains. not safe for children.

location was perfect and all amenities less than a 10 minute drive

WiFi very slow

Rooms were very nice, everyrhing was clean and up to our standards.

It's comfortable, near a bus stop, and clean neighborhood.
