We had a great stay! It was our first time in Tenerife and we really enjoyed it. The apartment was very comfortable for our group of three friends, and it would also suit a family of 4–5 people. It had everything we needed for cooking. The 24/7 shops nearby and the pool were a big plus. Beautiful view from the balcony and several beaches within walking distance. The check-in instructions were easy to follow, and the staff was always available and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great location, close to my favorite beach, Playa de Troya. Spacious Apartments . Shops, restaurants, and cafes are nearby. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes.

The apartment needed a deep clean; the walls were dirty. The bathroom constantly smelled like sewage, and if we didn’t keep the door closed, the odor spread throughout the whole apartment. The internet didn’t work. We contacted the host multiple times, and on the second attempt, he finally replied, saying that the internet would work if we connected it ourselves. We know how to connect the internet, but it didn’t work, and after reading reviews from previous guests, we saw that others had also experienced no internet. I was relying on it for my work! There was only one roll of toilet paper for four people for the entire week, two bags for rubbish, and a small amount of liquid soap. The towels were old, and there was no lid for the frying pan. As previous guests mentioned, there is an issue with the nearby nightclubs. Even with all the windows and doors closed, the walls shook from the music until 4 a.m., making it impossible to sleep, and it was very stuffy in flat because you need to close all windows. The large bed slides apart, making it impossible for a couple to sleep comfortably. In the other room, the door doesn’t close properly. The lock on the front door needs replacing, as it was very difficult to open the door.

The property was close to the beach

The cleanliness was very poor, hoover broken and dirty,bath mat not provided and there is nothing stopping the water from the shower going all over the bathroom floor, if you are not careful for sure you will fall. Not enough towels provided, the master bedroom bed is made from 2 singles, not secured as a double bed, will fall apart. Not a single extra bed sheet considering even if your stay is longer. If you are not troubled by the loud music, the location is great or if you are a nightlife lover. The pool couldn’t be used as the water was very cold and the small pool was closed.

Nothing for this budget

I notified the owner in advance about the check-in time. An hour and a half after this time the apartment was still being cleaned. No one warned about the delay. The main thing is not this but the fact that under the windows of the apartment, there are 2 of the noisiest bars on the coast, which compete for the title of the loudest among themselves. This “festival of comfort and silence” continues until at least 2-3 a.m. The situation is aggravated by the fact that there is no air conditioning in the apartment so you have to choose between the loudest music and fresh air or the minimum acceptable level of noise and stuffiness. It may be a good option for party lovers and nightlife lovers. But not for a quiet and relaxing family trip.
