This was my first bad experience at a huge cost via Booking.com The shower was filthy. We wore flops as the floor did not look hygienic at all. Only 1 wine glass that was so dirty amongst all different types of glasses We had to ask for extra toilet paper as 3 of us stayed for 3 nights with only a used roll in the bathroom The carer, Jacques then just walked in without knocking and shouted that he brought 2 extra rolls!! Cracked plates amongst the pile of mixed plates The braai area on the patio looked disgusting with an old mop and paint tins The lounge suite is torn and you sit on part of the sponge The blinds in the main bedroom is broken so you have to hang something over the gap to keep the sun out of your face The fridge could hardly open as it hasn't been defrosted for some time This place needs urgent attention to earn a better rating

Kitchen utensils was dirty,we had to wash and sanitise it before we could use it Kitchen cupboards where the pots are packed oily and sticky No Toilet paper upon arrival Blanket smell like a urine
