"Acceptable for a short term stay!"

Apartment was clean and convenient to Setia City Mall ! Can walk thru 3rd floor car park straight into Mall via Courtyard walkway.

Cupboard did not have a clothing rail or hangers for your clothes? This was unacceptable! Curtains inadequate and allows lights from Mall at night. Owner can resolve this easily! Instructions for car park use was unclear! No credit card payment allowed only bank transfer plus a RM200 deposit!

The host was very responsive.

The upkeep of the unit needs to be improved. No hangers in bathroom. The shower head keep falling off. The knife n utensils were not in good condition. Cups were all diff type n size. Not enough floor towel. Water seeping out of bathroom.

Host is very helping,strategic location,easy parking,big swimming pool...

Maybe can put extra large television and also put microwave inside the room.. that's all

Location and environment

Hair dryer was not working but was not an issue...just to highlight. Need to give 2 keys and access card...Cause when 1 person goes out...the other person have to wait in order to go out later...no keys and access card...need to supply 2 door keys and 2 access card per studio room booked.tq
