Las Vegas Fun in the Sun, Strip

The pictures showed a great looking, clean property where we could enjoy the inside and outside of the home.

When we arrived, the home still had trash in it & there was trash in the pool. The neighbors were loud and made us feel uncomfortable when we walked in and out of the house. My daughter and sister woke up with bites all over their arms & when this was brought up to the owner, she came to the house, stripped the bed and removed all of the bedding and did not remake the bed. And then told us that she takes bedbugs very seriously, and there were no bedbugs in this home. (Why did she take the sheets then.) There were multiple light bulbs that needed replaced in the lighting on the main level. The ladder on the pool is rusted, and when my niece tried to use the diving board, it was very creaky. The pool was ice cold. We stayed one night and asked for a partial refund for our other three nights that we were to have the home. We were denied any refund whatsoever from this owner. I would not stay at this home. Or use Booking.com again. They do not support their customers when there is an issue.

The home was spacious with a great layout, making it perfect for a family getaway. The A/C worked beautifully, keeping us cool despite the hot Vegas temperatures. The pool water was refreshing, and we really appreciated the comfortable outdoor space.

Honestly, we had a great experience and don’t have anything negative to share.

The location was good and peaceful, the house is very spacious. Big amount of fresh smelled towels. The bedding was also clean and fresh.

The pool was the main reason we booked this house but unfortunately it was very dirty. There should be some cover over the pool to prevent this. The furniture is quite old but it wouldn't be a problem if it was cleaned more. There was an old dust in the corners of the shower, the same with the floors. It's a big shame because the house is nice and it doesn't take that much to make it better, maybe 2 more hours of cleaning. And changing the window covers would be great too, they are broken.

Nothing. The whole house was filthy dirty. You could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The pool was ice cold and we weren’t able to use it .

Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and it was too cold to go in the pool but enjoyed sitting in the sun by the pool.
