Location. The space, the lagoon and the availability of the host.

Outdoor chairs were broken & I saw a few cockroaches. They need to clean properly.

The place appeared clean at first glance ,and the host was impressive and quick to respond.

Although the place looked clean upon arrival, the presence of cockroaches was disappointing and negatively affected our comfort during the stay. Additionally, the apartment had no air conditioning to help with the heat, and there was not enough toilet paper provided.

The place itself looks beautiful..

The security at the gate was HORRIBLE. If you go out using an uber and it drops you at the gate, they dont open for you. They ignore you. The caretaker at Joseps unit 43 is not good. Very slow. Our stay there was horrible

The lagoon even though it was extremely difficult to access

Poor communication from the host, takes hours to respond, WiFi and tv were not working. There is an extra fee that be paid to access the lagoon E150.00 per person and this was not communicated upfront.
