Nice apartment all facilities required where there. Host was good at communicating.

Great location secure property

Shower tray had a blockage ( before our stay)it wasnt fixed while we were there and it wasn’t emptying. The pools went open.

good location,clean,had all we needed for short stay.Good A/C Washing machine,fridge,toaster and kettle.Balcony was great to sit and read with a coffee. Great complex over all for couple mid October might be a lot different in peak season its ideal for families.

Bed a bit on small side TV remotes one was broken. its a studio not a one bed apartment, was perfect for a couple on holiday.

Was not a one bedroom apartment, was a studio, missed the bedroom for our kids and the space.

I loved the location the facilities and the fact it had a washing machine , when you have kids laundry piles up

It was a little noisy at times and the sheets had some dirt on them hairs and stuff

The flat with balcony and the sea view to enjoy throughout the day. It is clean with comfortable bed, all kitchen amenities you need and even the books you can read. The whole apartment complex offer many amenities including several swimming pools, but I was there in winter and haven't used those few that were available. It is centrally located near many restaurants, the wonderful promenade by the sea and buses that can take you to nearby villages to explore as well as to Malaga. Highly recommended.

We got the wrong keys first to the apartment and the girl in the reception wasnt helpful , then I discovered that we had got the wrong keys and it was fixed It said in the text it was a bedrrom but the bed was in the kitchen and no wall

Other than the building corridor smelling good there is nothing I liked about the property.

The apartment is NOT a one bedroom set up. This is a studio. There is NO separate bedroom and separate living room. Everything is in one room...the bed, the sofa, the small dinning table, the kitchen, and the bathroom....all in one room which is called a studio. The bed is 3 feet away from stove and washing machine. The host is lying when it says It is One Bedroom apartment. Also, it says the apartment is 45 square meters --- NOT TRUE. This studio is 29 1/2 square meters...I measured it as I always carry tape in my suitcase. The host is fraudulently charging rent for 45 square meters when it is barely 30 square meters. There were many things wrong and broken inside the apartment. Such as the shower head was broken, the stove did not work, the pots n pan were not Induction whereas the stove is induction and thus the stove will not turn on with non-induction pots n pan. There is no exhaust on the stove so if you are cooking you must open the door and the window for cross ventilation otherwise the entire room will be filled with cooking fumes. THE BED: The bed is cushony but every day I wake up with aches n pain all over my body. What irritated me also was the bed just next to the stove and the washing machine - only 3 feet away. THE Wifi: The speed sux. If you are working online like I was and on video conference on job streaming; it will not work. The wifi box they have is a $30 wifi device you can buy from online which harvests the wifi from neighbors and gives you a connection that is only good for texting/messaging. MARIO - THE HOST: The bost is HORRIBLE. I stayed here for 7 nights. On the day of checking out, I texted the host early morning and requested him to allow me late check out like half hour to 45 minutes for I was feeling sick. He got into a heated argument with me and threatened to call police and will charge me for one extra day if I did not leave by 11 a.m. That was so surprising how mean he was. So very unfriendly and unprofessional.

Clean and comfortable apartment in a large block with good facilities. Excellent location parking was difficult but being August was the height of the holiday season. Outdoor pool was good and the shop in the complex had everything I needed. Good stay!
