Many good things: 1) Location: perfect location, everything you need is within 10min walk: city center, beach, shops, restaurants, bus stops. Nice park just crossing the street. Central park is within 5mins walk. 2) Rooms are big, clean and functional, large dinning table. 3) Big balcony with nice view to sea! Best place for morning tea! 4) This property is 2-room with one large double-bed room and smaller with two beds. Ideal for family with 2 kids. Beds are very comfortable. 5) I'm cooking myself and I appreciate that there was a full-sized fridge with freezer. Something uncommon from my past stays in Marbella. 6) I was traveling in winter, provided heater was very handy! Tried laundry machine, looks ok. In overall, I've got a great stay!

I was struggling to find a way to apartment. The building itself is a bit weird in the way that even numbers for 2xx are accessed from the 2nd floor, but odd numbers (my case) are accessed from the 3rd floor. And concierge was struggling to explain how to reach it. Spent about 30-40mins until I reached it. Speaking about apartment itself, kitchen cutlery have seen better days. Couldn't find pot/pan lids, knives don't cut :( Apartment needs some cosmetics though. But it wasn't critical to me.

Appartement très agréable, joliment décoré et très bien équipé. Excellente literie et logement propre et soigné. Magnifique vue mer depuis la terrasse. Une situation parfaite pour profiter de Marbella à pied. Point important, la gentillesse de la propriétaire. Encore merci pour tous les précieux renseignements.

Le réceptionniste de la réception générale du Skol est terriblement antipathique. S'il y a un souci, attendez que le jeune homme qui travaille à la réception soit présent car le vieux est carrément imbuvable et ne fera rien du tout pour vous aider. Nous ne trouvions pas l'appartement car, s'il est situé au 2e étage, il faut descendre de l'ascenseur au 3e !
