"Exceptional"

Ein Mitarbeiter ( wir vermuten der Manager) hat sich extrem bemüht uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Wir sind Abends mit der Fähre angekommen und es gab keine Taxis mehr, da hat er uns abgeholt. Unser Gepäck ist beim Flug nach Pico verloren gegangen und er hat uns am nächsten Tag zum Flughafen gefahren und uns beraten was wir machen sollen. Super nett und kann man vom Hotel nicht erwarten. Das Frühstück war auch super und die Lage mit Blick auf Velas ist Top. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

"Ruim appartement, maar muf...."

Zeer ruim appartement. Vriendelijk personeel en lekker ontbijt. Locatie is dicht bij het vliegveld (waar je geen last van hebt) en de haven.

Bij binnenkomst in het appartement viel ons een zeer muffe, vochtige lucht op. Misschien omdat we vroeg in het seizoen zaten speelde dit meer. Lucht op de Azoren is erg vochtig, maar later zagen we bij andere locaties dat er luchtontvochtigers gebruikt werden. Misschien een idee....

The apartment is spacious and nice with an outstanding view. Well located, that's easy to go visiting the island. 2 swimming pool and a fitness room really drive home the point that this place is a must-visit

Just add coffee and paper towel would be perfect

"Bungalows am Meer mit fantastischen Sonnenuntergängen"

Die Lage ist sehr schön, die Bungalows sind sehr geräumig und zum Teil mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht. Die Anlage an sich ist auch sehr schön, mit netten Wegen, tollen Blumen und alles gut gepflegt. Die Betten waren bequem und die Terrasse sehr fein zum draußen sitzen.

Leider hatten wir einen Bungalow in der hinteren Reihe, von dort schaut man auf die Rückseiten der anderen Bungalows. Die Küche war leider nicht so gut ausgestattet.
