Great location on Dias Beach.Easy Access.Great communication from owner.

The location was superb, close to IM registration.

Clean and tidy

Very expensive for the size of the apartment and quality of the furnishings and equipment, even with 15% Genius discount. Additional taxes and fees added 50% to the cost which is misleading. No coffee plunger, no dining table and uncomfortable seating.

Everything was likeable

Clean, everything you could need for a short stay. Well organized.

There's nothing not to like

The property is well-located and in close proximity to shops, restaurants, and within walking distance of the beach. There was also an electric charger for my EV right across the road, which was a big bonus. The apartment had a lovely view over the Diaz Beach.

The Sunsynk inverter was quite noisy, especially at night when everything else was quiet. But that was really all I can fault in this lovely apartment.

The morning sunrises were stunning. The easy access to a gym, beach and safe parking were much appreciated.
