Eco environment

I liked that the home was so neat and that we all felt comfortable, it really felt like a home. The kitchen was spectacular and had all the utensils you could possibly need from baking to a barbecue, you name it. I would highly recommend this home.

There wasn't much that we didn't like- There was loadshedding and we were not aware but we were provided with LED lights which were sufficient for the whole duration of our stay and that was perfect. . There isn't much that we didn't like, everything was on point. Just this but then again it was a minor problem.

The amazing view, the comfort of the home, it felt like a home away from home, the beautiful lush grass, the bedding and linen were clean and neat.

Some of the dishes needs to be replaced, some were rusty, they need a bigger garbage bin, alot of insects due to the grass.

From the beginning, Karen was incredibly helpful with the check-in process and getting us the keys, making everything seamless and stress-free. The unit itself was good. We loved the generous size, which provided ample space for us to relax and enjoy our stay. Additionally, the location was perfect—conveniently situated close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay!

While I appreciated my stay overall, there were some aspects of the unit that could use some improvement. Firstly, the unit itself needs attention, particularly concerning the beds, curtains not hanging on hooks in some areas, and overall cleaning. Unfortunately, the bedding and pillows had a musty smell, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, it would have been beneficial to have backup power for when the electricity goes out, as it did during our stay. This would enhance the overall experience significantly. Addressing these issues would greatly enhance the comfort and appeal of the property.

No direct entrance or under cover from garage to the apartment. Definitely not fun to enter or exit the apartment when it is raining.

That the lighting in the passage going down stairs were always off and that posses danger to us walking up or down the stairs at night. we always have to walk with the phone touches and carrying staff. great risk of sleeping and falling as we couldn't use the hand rails as both hands occupied.

The place feels like a home away from home...oh our Host/Manager Karen was the best ever....that woman assisted the inter weekend...she was really one phone call away....she is doing her job with such love and passion....i will definetly go back again
