Designer 3BR home with Private Balcony in Gzira by 360 Estates

. Po przyjechaniu na miejsce okazało się że nie ma papieru toaletowego mydła oraz tabletek do zmywarki . O papier toaletowy prosiliśmy się dwa dni jak również i o tabletki do zmywarki a zamiast mydła dostaliśmy płyn do mycia naczyń . w ostatnie dni zabrakło nam worków na śmieci ponieważ w apartamencie były dwa , po zgłoszeniu tego faktu właścicielowi zapewnił on nas że dostawca zjawi się kolejnego dnia lecz tak się nie stało przez co musieliśmy zostawić wszystkie śmieci luzem w kuchni. Uważam że od początku w obiekcie nie było za czysto , problemy z komunikacją z właścicielem były ogromne i ciężko było się z nim dogadać - nie polecam

The building door and the property door locks were both sticky/ not working property and you needed to learn a special technique to open the doors (shown by another tenant). The building was very noisy (above tenants running and shouting all night). The neighbourhood was a construction site, parking was impossible to find and some information about this would have been helpful prior to arriving. The cleaning team was late, we could not check in until almost 4pm, and they had a dog inside the property. There were no toiletries, not even hand soap, while the listing says toiletries are provided. The kitchen had no basics like some cleaning products, I don’t think you can expect tourists on holiday for a long weekend to do the entire household shopping, you need to provide at least the basics, a bin bag, a surface cleaner, etc. The coffee machine was broken. Most of the plates were broken (they did send replacements the next day). There was no hair dryer (this was listed in the amenities, but they did send replacements the next day). The TV didn’t work, there were no channels, only apps, that you needed to subscribe to. Cooker was induction which is annoying especially if there aren’t enough compatible pots.

Absolutely perfect location with parking possibilities in the surrounding area, where you can always find a spot. It's an excellent starting point to explore the entire island, and within easy walking distance of the promenade in Sliema, offering many restaurants and a ferry port to Valletta. The apartment is spacious, clean, and provides plenty of storage space, which was also great.

The room was not ready on the first day, we had to wait an additional 2 hours, and nobody informed us about this beforehand, so we arrived unnecessarily early. The apartment was clean, but not completely. In the corners, it was clear that the cleaning wasn't done properly, especially in the bathroom, where the water drainage isn't well-designed, causing moisture to remain, and there were visible traces of mold.
