"Bad"

Staff extremely unhelpful do not respond to you, place was dirty and we had to wash everything up on arrival and clean out the shower as it was left dirty, no toilet paper on arrival and had to share 1 towel. Tv in bedroom not working as you need a remote which was not available.

"Not in Canford Magna as stated more Canford Heath . Very disappointed"

Not much . The bed was quite comfortable . Great to have a washing machine

The location was stated as canford Magna but was 5 miles away more in canford heath. Only 1 bath towel for 2 people, we could not get either tv working I did message but they ignored the bath towel and said that nobody else had had a problem with the tv. No help whatsoever. Pillows and duvet smelt very stale not pleasant at all.

"Spacious apartment, quiet location, value for money"

Free parking space, quiet location, short drive away from Splashdown, Poole, Bournemouth, New Forest etc. Spacious apartment, nice design, comfortable bed and pillows, has Xbox, fully equipped kitchen, has washing machine.

Small things that could easily be fixed: Broken mirror in bedroom, hair on kitchen sponge, leaking kitchen tap, black stuff in hand soap, broken picture frame.

"Urban sprawl"

Very well appointed and tastefully decorated. It was quiet and not too distant from the local supermarket. About 4 to 6 miles to beaches, etc. I liked the smart TV with soundbar to chill out if I was relaxing.

The combi boiler appeared to have no room thermostat and only 2 radiators had TVR's fitted. I had to program the boiler to say I was away (after updating date) to stop it turning the bedroom into a sauna.
