No attention to detail, like no dustbins in rooms, not enough toilet paper for 1 night with 8 women. Towels were in a terrible state. Karen Landman did her best to salvage the situation. It is the owners responsibility though.

Karen was very accommodating to our requests and went out of her way to assist with the booking and special requests.

Harassed by neighbour's when we arrived who told us to leave and find alternate accommodation because he was parked in our parking spot and had to move his car. Constant issues with no electricity. Times with no boiling water and microwave for sterilizing baby bottles. The apartment needs serious renovation. Water leaks in the bathroom and kitchen causing mouldy smelly cupboards and general mould smell in the apartment. Apartment needs a deep clean, light grey grout on floors is now black in colour from the dirt. Cleaners kept removing our personal towels. Linen was burnt. Stained old towels and linen. Some crockery broken. Limited toilet roll for 8 guests.
