you won’t know there’s a family living in this location until you get there and the host can’t cancel cause the host is no longer on this app so you have to depend on customer service

The property was recently renovated. Tiling and lighting in bathroom was nice with board games and a record player & arcade machine set up downstairs.

The street is semi quiet but the surrounding neighborhood is in the ghetto. Owner has alarm system but unless you reach out to the to disable it then you’re stuck in the house since they “lost the code” so there’s little sense of security. Found old eyelash stuck to the pillow downstairs. Property is set as pay at property and a week later the owner texted me asking how we paid, once we informed them that it was said to be handled by them, they just set me a random PayPal and told me to send the payment there. After i didn’t have it done that night, at 6AM the owner was texting me “HELLO” when I’m actively working and trying to set up a PayPal for the first time. They expect the property to do their job cleaning & taking payment and get mad at tenants for their mistakes taking payment.
