Daniel was really bad! I booked and paid this 2 months ago to spend times with my children visiting my elderly 96 years old to celebrate the Lunar Year with him, as God forbid, we won’t get to see him again 😞 Yesterday, I got a call from Daniel! He wanted to change my booking from 1/31-2/3 to a day earlier 1/30-2/2 checking out! I firmly said that I can’t since my children can’t change their flights and vacation times from work😞Today I found out that my booking was completely canceled 😭 Now I can’t find anything else closed to my father! Thank You So Much, Daniel for ruining my planned trip spending time with my father 😭😭😭

Not enough dishes for 10 people, no baking dishes (flat pans), no extra pillows or blankets, thermostat set at 78 most of the day
