Great apartment seems to have been freshly renovated. Fantastic location in CBD. Close proximity to restaurants and attractions.

Pillow cases needed ironing. Bedding in the room near the entrance was a bit worn out. Pots and pan need to be replaced, there was food residue stuck on them. Please cover the manhole in ceiling that's in the laundry room.
