The breakfast was exceptional, fresh fruit and all you need for a continental breakfast . The view was amazing and the rooms very welcoming and exceedingly clean and would definitely stay there again.

Bed was very comfortable and accom was immaculately comfortable clean

Didnt like the owners private accom being only separated by a partition and door from our area.

This is a shared space with owner lives in same apartment which wasn’t disclosed on the booking so / semi private

The apartment was amazing, great views from the rooms. There was a decent sized bedroom with ample wardrobe space and the best bathroom we had during our time in New Zealand. Very comfy chairs in the large lounge and a decent sized tv, although the views were so good we didn't use that. Secure underground parking was a bonus too.

Only thing we could fault that the fridge was a little noisy and it spoils the wonderful ambience of a relaxing lounge with a fantastic view.

Not being able to lock the unit and the bedroom door at night. If I was staying by myself I would have felt very uncomfortable.

A very comfortable, spacious and well appointed BnB. The bed was luxurious, nice view from this penthouse level apartment and a great selection of continental style breakfast foods and drinks. The bathroom is very spacious and includes a spa bath if so inclined.

The property is superb, there is some construction works in the area which slightly complicates getting in and out but not a big issue,
