Hamar - Puffin Cottages & Rooms

We loved the remote location, and having our own little cottage. The views were lovely. Would love to come back at a different time of year to see the northern lights.

We didn’t have any issues. Some people might find the cottage kind of basic. But it had everything we needed.

Quiet location, well off the road but we thought it would be closer to the waterfront where the water could be seen.

The common space shared by two rooms was very small with basic kitchen items and the shared bathroom sink serving as the kitchen sink to do dishes Etc. It worked out fine for us but I could imagine it being an issue with the kitchen, bathroom, dining area all in one compact area. We actually prepared a simple meal and luckily the other couple in the second room did not.

Struttura molto suggestiva in aperta campagna. Ambiente confortevole e comodo. Uso cucina. Bagno in comune (per due stanze) grande e con tutti i confort. A circa 20/30 minuti dal traghetto per la Puffin Island.

Il fatto di non avere neppure un piccolo lavandino nell'ambiente cucina e dover usare quello del bagno è un po' scomodo.

Cute cottage on a remote farm in the middle of no where. Exceptional place to see northern lights, if there were any. Nice heated floors.

Would have liked a TV. Smart TV best. Didn't care for the long gravel road to get to the location. About 5 miles of gravel. Very remote, bring food/drinks, as nothing around for 15 minutes. Sheets and Duvet cover not very soft.
