В квартире холодно, воняет сыростью, кондиционер покрытый плесенью, стены в плесени, в ванной грибок, душ сломанный, все розетки местные, а вилки в приборах европейские, фен был указан но его перенесли через два дня. Была стиральная машинка и сушильная, но сушильная машинка не работала. Приборы кухонные все в жиру и в плесени, стулья прокуренные, пол грязный. Гигиенический душ сломанный, обеденный стол который на фото его не было. Стены все в пятнах. Легким нажатием на дверь оно открывается без ключа.

Excellent location: very close to the Valletta ferry (only 10 minutes across), with many nearby cafés offering affordable breakfasts. A small convenience store and even an electronics shop are just around the corner — very handy when I lost my charger. The apartment has a balcony, which is a nice feature. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The shower has a built-in music player that works. The staff did reply on WhatsApp once I managed to get in touch.

Communication was poor. Despite the listing saying check-in instructions would be sent, I only received them very late at night when I was already standing in front of the door and had to call. As a solo traveler, this caused unnecessary stress. After checkout I received a message asking me to only leave a review if I was happy, which felt unfair since honest feedback should not be filtered. Cleanliness was disappointing — the floor was dirty upon arrival. The main door felt insecure, closing only with a hook and leaving a visible gap. The balcony door handle was broken and could not be properly closed. The showerhead was missing and not fixed, even though others had already complained about it. I did not feel safe: there were loud parties in the building, someone knocked on my door at midnight, and during the night a bag of food was thrown onto my balcony. No basic amenities were provided: not even soap, kitchen towel, or drinking water. Arriving very late, I had to shower with just water, and I struggled with only 200 ml of water I had brought with me. For the price paid, at least a small bottle of water and soap would have been expected. The building was noisy at night, with groups shouting under the balcony.

Quiet area. Parking nearby. Around 8 minutes from ferry to Valletta. Tv with Netflix.

Broken terrace door lock, not safe. Less than 2 toilet rolls for 4 nights, and refused to provide more when contacted. Very noisy fridge and AC. AC not very effective Uncomfortable mattress, flimsy. No hangers/hooks in the bathroom. Awkward TV position. It felt dusty. Shower head broken.
