Vervet - 1 bedroom with sofabed

Spotlessly clean and comfortable, great location, as advertised in the photos. Would book again.

A very cosy apartment in a good area, very close to the port and the city center. The facilities were great, the bed really comfortable and we had plenty of space for 3 people. Very easy self check-in/out process because the host sent us all the instructions beforehand and also everything we needed to know

Great apartment in a great location.

Directions to key safe were perfect. Directions then to the apartment could have been better as the whole Vervet area is too new to be on Google maps. Some photos like with the key safe would be perfect.

The location was quite good. The apartment was almost new so most furnishings were in good condition. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable and the washing machine was useful.

Getting access when we arrived due to a problem with the key box. The office staff member who helped with this didn’t seem to really know what to do and we were left standing outside with suitcases in -12c which we are not used to. Fortunately, a passer by was able to help us. If you are going to rent out properties in the Tromsø area, you really should have someone local who can attend to deal with any problem which arises. A kettle and microwave in the kitchen area would’ve been very helpful but neither were provided. The corridor area outside the apartments seemed very bare with plain unpainted MDF clad walls and hard concrete floor. This created the impression that the property had not been properly finished.

Modern apartment, good beds, well heated. Some necessary items already provided (toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, towels, bed linnen), so with that the owner helps to make short vacations convenient. Appreciated! Access to the appartment (key) via a keybox. Equipped with washing machine, good shower. A clear description is provided for everything. Well organized!

Minor item: A water kettle is missing for hot tea water. A second key would be helpfull !

I loved the location of the apartment, very central to Tromsø and all the attractions as well as very close to a wonderful bakery called Vervet Bakeri. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were great and easy to use. Great rainfall shower and the windows were huge! Tv came with Netflix and youtube and was simple to use. Apartment was perfect for our needs

Found the light switches to be a little confusing but worked them out eventually

The space was beautiful. Perfect for my family (two adults, one 6yo). It was lovely to have a fully stocked kitchen to be able to prepare breakfast and coffee. They were able to have an associate meet us around 23:30 to give us the key. Fantastic to have a washer.

The only thing I have negative to say is that I felt bad making the gentleman meet us so late, which was our fault for having a late flight.
