Mans Nams - self check in hotel

Good location.

Overall, the hotel is quite run-down. The walls are cracked, the air conditioner isn’t working, the fire smoke detector in the room is broken, the toilet paper holder and other fixtures are barely hanging on due to wear and tear, there’s a musty smell in the building, and the room is a bit chilly (though there was a heater in the room, which only started warming the space on the second night). However, the bedding was clean, and the room was tidy, despite the dirty armchairs and bedspread. There is no soundproofing—you can hear everything the neighbors are doing, and even though we were on the top floor, we could clearly hear doors slamming on the first floor. We liked the good location and the convenient self-check-in process.

Нет отопления, когда на улице минус 2, включенный радиатор в ванной, нет мыла около раковины,пол пыльный, простыть с дырками.

The bathroom was not fully equipped, for example there was only a hand towel and no large towel.

Wij zijn na het zien van de kamers en de rest van de accommodatie weggegaan, gebeld met Booking voor restitutie, zij wijzen naar accommodatie en de verantwoordelijke is natuurlijk niet bereikbaar. Onveilig en niet schoon. Via Pay Pal uiteindelijk geld terug gekregen.
