Very nice stay. Host is amazing and friendly. They also offer food which is really good. Do the treking tour with them even if you are not staying there, because they do their best to organize you the most amazing experience. Ask for Balu to be your guide, he is very nice and will go the extra mile to make your trek even better. We did 3D2N and it was totaly worth the extra day. Eventhough the prices for treks are the same in whole Bukit Lawang the experience is different depending the company you are getting tour with. Thank you Teddy for everything!

We had such an amazing time at the Eco Trekking Lodge. First we had 2 nights in Bukit Lawang. Tedy gave us a warm welcome and we had such a good time with the rest of the crew Yoris, Ridho, Fian and the amazing cook Anna. At night they would join playing games or we would sing and jam together. We also did the cooking class here with Anna. For me it was the best Daging Rendang I had in Indonesia and will definitely try to make it at home. After the 2 nights we went for the jungle trek of 2 nights and 3 days. We booked it through the Eco Trekking Lodge and I can really recommend. Our guide Irpan Dian Sani was the best and knew to tell so much about the jungle and all the animals that live there. We saw a lot of Orang Utangs and other monkeys and animals. The food during the trek was really good too. You sleep next to the river and can take a swim after all the walking. Also don't forget to ask Yoris to play a game of Boms and Grenades!!

This place was amazing! Planned to stay 4 days ended up staying over a week...Bukit lawang is great, the people are so nice. The staff Teddy, Yoris and Fian where great. Jungle trek (also with the three of them) And then the food, so gooooddddd! WILL be back! What a place

Spacious room with comfortable bed. Good basic affordable meals. Staff were great

No hot water in shower, no wifi in room but for the very reasonable price of the room not a big deal though a soft chair to sit on in the bar area would be good to have while on the internet

Amazing and helpful staff! Teddy helped organise two day jungle trek for me and was very diligent to ensure I had meals I could eat (being celiac is sometimes tricky) Also helped with transfers to my next stop. Great bar, lovely and relaxed vibes ☺️ Close walk to other restaurants and shops. Amazing value for money! Thanks again to the team

Lovely place to stay with a chill bar (if you are lucky there will be music!). Tedy and Joris go out of their way to make guests feel at home and Anna will cook you delicious meals. It was hard to leave and indeed I extended my stay for a couple of nights. From jungle trek to transport everything was organized seamlessly.

They are very nice, friendly and thoughtful people. We did the 2 days 1 night jungle tour with them and it was fantastic. I have allergy to gluten and they were super nice and helpful, organizing everything accordingly. We also shared some time with them when coming back joking, having fun, playing guitar and talking. We learned so much about each other!! It was a great experience, really recommend

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff (Teddy and Joris) helped me to get from the airport to the village. The atmosphere was very chill and the banana pancakes for breakfast where 10/10 (thanks Joris). Also the jungle trekking was a great experience and the food was amazing.
