Gazda extrem de primitoare, atenta la detalii, saritoare. Ne-am simțit extraordinar. Totul curat, camera mare spațioasa, iar priveliștea este de vis. Cu siguranță revenim si anul viitor.

Everything was amazing! The room was spotless with a very comfortable bed and beautiful view. We enjoyed the peace and the en-suite bathtub. Communication was easy and effective. Definitely recommend 😊

First let me state that my confirmation was for Sea View House 1, yet I stayed in Sea View House 2. I don't know whether there are two houses or whether I stayed in the place I booked, it's very confusing. A very nice host, but I didn't really see him again after checking in. The room was very clean. Coffee and tea and a bottle of wine were provided. The room was very spacious and had a jacuzzi bathtub. Embroidered sheets, separate from the blanket; reading lights, plugs next to the bed, toiletries, blackout curtains, a balcony with table and chairs, and a partially obscured view of the town and the sea. It was very quiet, except for some neighbors' barking dogs. This is in the off-season, so I don't know what it would be like during summer. It's a quick walk down to the beach, maybe 200 m away. Also a quick walk into the center of town. Just remember that you have to walk back up that steep hill...

It's important to know that Neos Marmaras is very hilly. Also important to note is that there are two "Elena's" in town (is this House 1??) Also important is that Google maps does not take you to the accommodation, it takes you to the town center. The host kindly came to where I was and led me to the accommodation. Note that this is a room, not an apartment (at least, mine was). There were many steps up and down to get to the room I stayed in; this would be a problem with a heavy bag, and it was. This accommodation does not have designated parking. Even in the off season it's not a piece of cake; I imagine it would be quite difficult to find a place to park in the summer. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, and I had three restless nights.
