Convenient location for getting around the island.

Apartment wasn't very clean. There was an unpleasant damp smell which would come back even after airing it the apartment for a few hours.

It was larger than I expected. I loved the location, not very turistic but still close enough to Ponta Delgada centre. We met a few locals and everybody was friendly. It has everything for you to feel "at home", perfect if you are staying for several days (I spent one week there). Quiet are, but not isolated. Great views from the windows upstairs.

The bedroom is upstairs and the bathroon downstairs, no big deal, but I prefer both on the same lavel.

El apartamento esta genial, tenias parking privado y todo lo necesario para la estancia. Supermercados muy cerca

Se nota la humedad en el piso (como en toda la isla) se agradecio el cambio que nos hicieron de toallas ya que cuesta que se sequen.

Localização

Péssima limpeza, bolor nos azulejos do duche e no lava louça,, baratas a aparecerem no quarto e na sala, móvel da sala com muito pó.. A máquina de lavar roupa tinha a frente com ferrugem.
