Gostei do conforto da cama de casal e do facto de ter AC em casa

Não gostei de não ter máquina de lavar loiça ainda que lá tivesse o espaço para ela. O pátio sub aproveitado. Nem 3 cadeiras tinha para nos sentarmos. Só duas. Faltou um chapéu também. Em relação á cozinha, devem colocar louça para 4 pessoas e não paea 1 ou 2. Faltou louça. Devem repôr antes da chegada de hóspedes. O apartamento não está destinado para 22 dias de férias porque simplesmente não fazem qualquer limpeza. A casa passou sem qquer limpeza e sim com 2 "intermédias " (como chamam e porque eu pedi) onde apenas trocaram camas e lençóis de banho. Por fim, o apartamento precisa de obras. Tem tomadas retiradas do sitio e parede falsa partida.

We (2 people, couple) have been in apartment C, one of the lower flats with its own small terrace, for a total of 5 nights. Bottom line, the apartment was pleasant and had everything required for a stay. Coffee machine, kitchen equipment including plates and cuddlery, washing machine, fridge, sofa, bed and towels have been available. The flat has some parking space right in front of it but if all flats are rent out it might appear that you do not get one. The location of the flat is pleasant, especially as there is a large supermarket close by which facilitates grocery shopping. Finally, the host has been nice and very responsive.

The flat is kind of worn down and might be Portuguese standard or above, however, the furniture is old and unfortunately, also smells like that (we had to open all windows and doors everyday once we arrived home). Also, the flat provides a lot of equipment but for the perfect stay, small things like maybe 1-3 laundry pots (when providing a washing machine) or a little bit of coffee powder (when providing a coffee machine) would make the difference to a almost perfect spot. Finally, the flat is right at a street which seems to be small and hidden but is super loud. The bedroom is facing towards the street and therefore, opening the window through the night is almost impossible. Additionally, there is only one AC in the flat, at the opposite site of the bedroom so it gets warm easily.

The kitchen is barely equipped and would be nice to have at least the basic spices. The photos of the apartments must be really old or maybe some of them looks like that, but not the one we got. The cleanliness is the bare minimum, the whole apartment smells really bad, all the furnitures smell moldy. And not to forget about the cockroaches:)

There is a nice terrace for breakfast and it is surrounded by pineapple plantations

Spacious and well ventilated flat, excellent shower, easy and free car parking very near the house.

As an Italian I feel sad to see such a large and comfortable bathroom.... without a bidet!

Spacious apartment with lots of room and also a backyard. Parking was easy, even when not always available in the building's parking spots (more cars than apartments).

1. Very small (narrow) bed, we could hardly fit and we are quite thin (I am 76 kg and my wife 58kg) 2. Air-condition only in living room and not in bedroom (which was hit by the sun all afternoon/evening) and since window was facing at the street in ground level, we could not even open the window at night so we were feeling very hot during night 3. To my astonishment, there weren't any shampoo or body soap. So we entered after an exhausting long trip without the ability to take a shower. During first complaint call, the reply was "we didn't mention they would exist". Really? You didn't mention pillows too, but hey must be there. I am travelling for 50+ years, it's the first time I don't see toiletries. The second excuse via Booking message was "we don't provide them due to potential allergies of guests". Really? So the global hospitality industry that ALWAYS offers shampoo and body soap does not care for our health and you are the world's first provider who cares for us. Nice... 4. There was a clothes' washing machine. In all previous rentals of apartments with washing machine, there were always 2-3 shots of detergent so to help guests in using this facility. This apartment did not have so we had to purchase a full box for just a washing we needed. Quite an expensive laundry... 5. There were no cleaning material so to wash a surface (kitchen counter, dining table) after usage. We couldn't buy that one too (after we bought the shampoo, the body soap and the washing machine detergent) so we were forced to cook and eat in the same surface with just water to clean it.
