Estaba sucio el baño y el cuarto, cuando hable para que me cambiaran de habitación solo pasaron un trapo por la bañera y fue todo, no me cambiaron de habitación. No estaba barrido ni trapeado, había cabello por la bañera, lava manos y lava vajillas, el piso estaba sucio, las camas estaban tendidas pero no te podías sentir cómodo por la suciedad de todo lo demás.

USgot woke up at 2-3 by loud TV noise for more than 1 hour. Called front desk several times and took very long time. AC was very noisy too. We didn’t get good sleep. Need to get full refund.
Was a quick overnight trip. When we walked in the kitchenette countertop and bathroom countertop were dirty and sticky. Once I cleaned those and we got passed that, the rest of the stay was great
