The furniture in the room was not appropriate for Big and Tall men. The desk chair was too small.

"Comfortable rooms and friendly staff but a sketchy environment on the first floor."

The room was large comfortable and clean and the staff was very friendly. There was noise on the first floor but our second floor room was very quiet.

The first floor had a lot of extended stay residents who seemed to be "down on their luck". The hotel had an aura of high security with the front desk clerks completely enclosed behind a plexiglass barrier and warnings inside the room to deadbolt the door as well as two peepholes, high and low. The elevator also only stayed open for a few seconds and closed on me several times while I was trying to get the luggage out then let out an alarm noise. There was also police activity in the parking lot.
