Lovely spacious apartment close to the beach and malls with a beautiful view of the ocean. Professional and prompt service from the agent Karen. Would definitely recommend.

Not a train-smash but The shower door in one of the bathrooms leaks and should be replaced. Parking is not the most convenient if you have more than 1 vehicle, as mentioned by another guest.

Fantastic views. Exceptional use of space in the apartment. Clean and comfortable. The wine fridge and drinks fridge is a nice touch. We did not use the gas braai but it looked great. The stack doors is very cool if you prefer some fresh air. Family really enjoyed it and now asking when we going back there.

Parking for an additional vehicle is not close. It seems that residents don't obey the parking rules as someone parked in our bay and we had to tell security, when she eventually moved her vehicle, there was no apology offered. During loadshedding, the backup/inverter was not working and 2 of the 4 emergency light lanterns did not work. If you getting visitors, get the necessary visitors access codes in advance.

The place is very safe quite and clean we really enjoyed

The fact that the pool were closed due to cleaning but we got the information later.

Everything was perfect. The place is in a secure area.home felt very homely. We didn't want to go back home. I love the place and I will recommend it to everyone.

The property met my expectations

The cleaning service was not consistent, this however can be improved to match the property standards.

Everything at this location was extremely outstanding. We loved the unit, we loved the view. We were comfortable beyond measure. This unit is fully furnished with everything that you will need. Our host was really friendly and accommodating to all our requests. We definitely will be back and highly recommend 17 Malibu.
