"Super location and views, but apartment needs a serious upgrade of appliances and decoration"

The estate in which the apartment is situated is wonderful and has a beautiful pool and play area with barbeques and the views from apartment are fantastic.

Apartment was dirty, some appliances were rusted (microwave, bar fridge), some appliances were not in good working order (toaster, leaking dishwasher), fridge freezer drawers broken, TV was supposed to have streaming, there was nothing, 2 of the bedroom air conditioners did not work at all (not great when trying to sleep in 30degC and 90% humidity) , furniture is dated, apartment needs a paint, we only had 1 set of keys that had to be shared amongst 3 couples and the cleaning staff (we had to leave the key under the front door mat every day) not exactly secure, bathroom furniture rusted. Host agreed to refund 2 days of the 10 we paid for, due to these issues, but caused us unwanted stress at a time that you ideally want to de-stress.

Love the view and there was alot of space for the kids to play inside and at the pool. Place was nice and lovely
