Condado Beach Stay 4BR AC WiFi Great Location

Location was perfect!

Beds were worn-out. Some rooms the toilet and shower were in the room with a 3/4 between the bed and bathroom. The parking fees are ridiculous. If you arrive at check in time of 3pm your parking fee only covers you until midnight. They at midnight you pay again for the next day. I stayed one night but had to pay for parking for two days at $30 each day.

Location was perfect for access to the beach and a great neighbourhood with lots of shops and restaurants. Perfect for a large group, with an ensuite bathroom off every bedroom.

Mattresses very firm, pillows were not great.

It was nice and clean, very good size

That I was charged $30 dollars to park in the property parking

It was a great experience staying at this apartment. William was everything and even allowed us to extend this unit and waived the fees. Very spacious, comfortable and neat with all the amenities to make a stay feel homely. We plan to visit San Juan once a year and we plan to make this place our vacation home!

The location worked great for us. Spacious with fun art. Had everything we needed.

Needs a safety lock on one bedroom exterior door. Bathroom mirror in bunk room is too high for petite adults. Overall worked for us and would rent again.

The unit was big, 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Very spartan furniture & kitchen. It was close to food & drink spots.

The beds were a bit on the hard side.
