"House was barely passable and it would have better value stayingin a hotel for the same price"

Location was good as it’s close by to all the restaurants, supermarkets and attractions.

The whole house smelt damp, especially the bedrooms. The sheets felt damp too and had a smell. The downstairs bathroom was in bad condition and the second bathroom had drainage issues. Some of us decided to leave after only staying one night.

Close to city 4 good size bedrooms Well equipped Plenty of parking

No washbasin in 2nd shower downstairs Kitchen has no exhaust fan and no pantry No built in robes in 2 bedrooms downstairs

Lots of room for us all in terms of bedrooms.

Not enough room in kitchen for food storage, no cupboards which is weird for a home. The deck was dodgy to walk on and felt very unsafe. 3pm is a late check in time. Very close to neighbour, attached property. No instructions u.e. Rubbish day - we missed it but the neighbour (could be owner) put them out lol!
