שכחתי משהו בדירה והיה מאוד קשה לקבל תשובה מהבעלים על הסטטוס. בסוף לא הצלחתי לקבל את זה חזרה.

Location only and building

One bathroom didn’t have shower curtain so we could not use it. The stove was dirty. The toilet lid broken. Response from manager very slow. Not even a response when I send the report about some items from the unit.

Nice pressure and hot water on the showers. Amazing reception team! Modern look and feel. Easy yet bumpy check in process. No need to carry keys as it's pin coded

Felt very average, not good, not bad. It isn't appropriate for the price range. First day the oven was very dirty, a cleaner was sent. The second day I found a pair of used and very dirty white socks (not ours) in the cupboard. The cleaner was sent to clean the whole apartment again. Living room felt tight. Guests room I'm not too sure the linen was clean, as the linen was not tucked in like they did in the main bedroom. All the sockets around the apartment have 2 options (peru has 3 different kinds) but all the appliances they have on the apartment are of the 3rd kind that are no socket compatible. And only one adapter is provided, so you can only use 1 thing at the time. Wifi is terrible! Easy to connect, but is really reallyyyyy slow. TV doesn't have cable, but has online services, but since wifi is terrible, it's like there is no TV at all. Besides TV only in the bedroom, not on the living room where it feels unfinished as there are cables hanging. On an apartment rented for 4 people, it doesn't make sense only having 3 forks! We can drink from the tap directly in Lima you have to boil water and store it, but there was no jugs to store drinking water in. One foot of the table was broken, as the TV control also.

The location is great! in Miraflores close to everything, the guys in the front desk are very courteous and knowledgeable about the surrounding area, Jesus went the extra mile to answer all our questions about the places to eat, laundry and shopping.

The bathroom shower curtains should have been changed a couple of months ago.

Good location, clean and safe area.

It was cold when we were there but there was only one heater. When we asked for another one - we were provided with one blanket extra for 3 people. The hairdryer handle was broken, no extra toilet paper left in the apt, no kitchen towels - had to use from bathroom, hot water runs out fast.
