When we arrived Immediately it felt homely We loved they had catered for everything you need all the little touches ie condiments etc . Arrival and exit worked like clockwork And so central to everything you need beach and fantasy island and shops and especially for us most things dog friendly Will definitely book again but not through PayPal as they charged me only a little if you do clarify it's family holiday and not a bond as classed as business I presume and definitely not enough to spoil our family experience Well done with this one everything great and would book again without hesitation

Everything was perfect and my disabled mum did manage with everything from the steps to getting around the caravan. We will be booking with them again

Right in the middle of ingoldmells right next to fantasy island.

There is nothing not to like in ingoldmells other than the rain,,

I did quite like the location, was a little loud at night but we didn’t mind too much as it was so central to everything. It really is a perfect location for a family who are wanting to do a bit of everything in Ingoldmells. Whilst the utensils and amenities in the caravan weren’t very clean, there was a lot of choice of cups, pans, air fryer, microwave etc etc which we liked. The shower was quite large and nice. We liked the free wifi however it has a limit which people should bear in mind, it’s free to a point then it disconnects.

The cleanliness standard was very poor unfortunately, upon arrival I had to do a full clean of the caravan as it was really below any standard that I would be happy to stay in. This isn’t me being nit picky… the floors throughout were covered in sand and grit. The work surfaces in the kitchen area were again covered in sand and grit and when wiped were brown upon the wet wipes. It was dusty in a lot of areas. In the lounge behind the sofa the windowsill wasn’t there and was a sponge cushioning covered in disgusting filth and hair. Questionable marks of varying colours and descriptions over most doors. Utensils, plates and amenities quite dirty. Duvets were AWFUL and bed not overly comfortable. Host came at 3 minutes past 10, we had quite a morning receiving some bad news from back home and hadn’t been out at exactly 10, was met with attitude and rudeness from the woman which just wasn’t warranted on an already bad morning for our family, I could understand if we were still there at 11am, however it was only 10:03am. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone, particularly not for the price being charged.
