City Hall Penthouse Duplex - Incredible Views & Sleeps 8 & Balcony & Very Modern and spacious

We paid for an early check in. We arrived and the apartment had not been cleaned. When it was “cleaned” it was not great.

Great location, the apartment is very spacious with beautiful views. Michael is a great host, very quick to respond to any questions and he kept on checking to see if we need anything during our stay.

The apartment was perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. It was at a handy location and had parking outside so we didn’t have to carry our luggage too far. It was cosy and warm and perfect size.

Great Location.

Arrived late on a winters night to open windows and no heating, it took over an hour to try to get the heating to work. At one point I had water leaking all over the kitchen from the system. I was communicating with 3 different hosts via three different platforms with attempts to repair. The bathroom had an awful sewage smell, and most of the light bulbs were broken, leaving the room dim and uninviting. Washing machine was full of washing and laundry messy. Furniture was broken, the sheets didn't fit the bed properly and were torn on. The overall state of the place was unacceptable for the price we paid.

Only small negative Looking for the lot box for keys, really dark and hard to find location but we got it sorted

Location was great , easy to access , the owner assisted with issues that did arise very quickly

Fells like the entrance to a prison block , the front door locking mechanism is almost completely broken.
