There seem to be some kind of construction or renovation happening which started in the early hours of the morning but nothing intolerable, didn't bother us that much.

Perfect location, gorgeous apartment with everything you need. Home from home.

Location within a little shopping centre and in the heart of Seapoint/Greenpoint area. Very well kitted out, comfortable and lovely. Beautiful sea views from every window. Zero complaints.

Fantastic location, right above a lovely shopping gallery, and very close to many tourist spots and the V & A Waterfront, Camps Bay, etc. Very well-maintained , "happy feel " apartment which had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, Good communication from Nicole. Lots of shopping facilities, restuarants and coffee shops on Main Road . . We enjoyed our stay and hopefully can do it again soon.

"Renting a place to sleep and not being able to sleep properly"

View & bedding

Noisy: Wake up time every morning at 6.30 due to gym class (inside our outside the noise is too loud to be able to sleep) Dirty: my daughter dropped a piece of watermelon on the floor, and when I tried to clean it with a sponge, it was very dirty & last: I didn’t appreciate being privately asked to rate the apartment by a 10, especially since I wouldn’t personably recommend this apartment to friends
