A Gem in the Heart of Sea Point

There was a business that did boxing and it was noisy

The cupboards smell mouldy. They need to be aired and cleaned.

We loved the location - a short walk from the Sea Point Promenade, with shops even closer as the apartment is located above a small shopping centre. We also enjoyed the sea view from the balcony. Overall, the apartment is well appointed and provided more than enough space for our party of three.

The apartment is located above a boxing club, so at times you are aware of the activities taking place below you.

Great location. Secure parking. Spacious living area. Comfortable rooms. Entire apartment clean and well maintained. Communication from Nicole was fantastic from booking to checkout.

The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. The decoration is so nice make us feel home!

There is a gym on the floor below that start very early in the morning and the noise woke up us every day.

This was superb apartment. The closest thing to perfection.

I did not like that the boxing trainers woke us up very early and the surrounding area was full of loud construction noise.

The apartment is really lovely and beautifully appointed and the location is excellent EXCEPT the boxing gym directly below was VERY loud especially early in the morning. This is a huge deterrent to booking again.

The noise from the Boxing gym was a huge deterrent combined with unfortunate jack hammer drills from the building site opposite and the foghorn which was unavoidable meant we had a very noisy stay

Very nice position in the middle of everything. Easy Access to all the places. Nice view of Seapoint.

The place wasn't as clean as it should be. The washing machine also was out of order and we booked the appartament months ago because of that because we left SA after to go back to Italy and wanted to do our washing. We had to use laundry services which wasn't the plan.

Bedroom was very cosy. Clean apartment. Excellent host. Very secured.

The kitchen lacks a bit of utensils and containers. The boxing club underneath our apartment was very noisy as from 6.15 every morning!! Neighbours were very noisy with no respect for others in the middle of the night.
