This is an old house that has been expertly and totally renovated by a charming gentleman who didn't want to modernise everything, and the result is wonderful. As well as a comfortable bedroom, all the other rooms that you associate with a big house are there for your use, including a well equipped kitchen. Altogether, a lovely place to spend some time.

The only slight hiccup, and I assume that it was a one-off situation, is that the hot water wasn't quite hot enough, and then all the water disaappeared, but I'm sure that that will have been fixed by now.

Beautiful property, extremely well furnished, use of well equipped kitchen, free tea, coffee etc, truly amazing value for money. One of the best places I think I have ever stayed.

Old style house, but clean and very well presented. Central location in small town with plenty of parking right outside.

Due to old style interior, all noise echoes throughout the house, so if there were a lot of guests, I imagine it would be quite noisy. Old style fittings in bathrooms.

Spacious clean room and large kitchen for guest use. Situated in a small town next to the church. Was a secure place to park a motorbike just a short distance away. V ery good stay.

It is such a beautiful house with stunning old beems. It is exceptionally well equipped. The owner is kind and very generous. Fantastic location in a beautiful square. I'm happy to stay there any day.
