The little welcome basket and the wine was a great touch, as well as the book about Cinque Terre made by the host.

great location , clean and convenient

Property was tidy and had all the required amenities to make for a pleasant stay.

We struggled opening the external door to gain access on arrival, The door to get into the room was easy to open but the first one was complicated. It was an issue opening throughout the entire stay when it was closed.

The location was one of the best in the town, only a 60 second walk(for young legs) down the stairs to the marina to swim. Local white wine and a bottle of water was left for our arrival. The automatic lights in the stairwell weren't working when we arrived (needed to use a phone torch) but the owner had it fixed within 30 minutes of reporting it.

The internet was limited when watching Netflix at night. We had to hotspot off our phones to maintain any decent video quality.

The location is perfect, few steps from main town but quiet and not up too many hills. The air conditioning was great. It was nice to have a little kitchen although we did not really end up using it.

The bathroom could use some attetionion e.g. new grouting in the shower as it was quite black it could also use a new extractor fan as after a few days it started to smell damp in there and towels weren't drying.
