Could have had more kitchen utensils and glasses

The property is very big so you can mix or have quiet moments. The facilities are perfect and the pool lovely with lots of sun loungers and inflatables. It is situated on main but quietish road with the beach, bars, restaurants and shops around 10 mins walk.

The property is 2 separate apartments with the stairs outside - not a problem unless it rains.

The property was in prime location in Moraira

The beds were a little uncomfortable but ok

Good location.

Everything. The villa and the outside areas is absolutely filthy. The chairs, sun beds, beds, bathrooms, kitchen etc were all so dirty and dated. I will describe a few of the issues we had; The pool turned all the children’s hair and clothes green after a few hours. Someone came and fixed this after 3 days. The kitchens were completely inadequate, everything is falling apart or doesn’t work. Everything in the kitchen had to be throughly washed and cleaned before being used. The dishwasher stank. We spent hours cleaning when we first got there. The chairs and all seating areas were again filthy, worn, dated and not fit for purpose. 2 bedrooms have damp all over the ceiling and walls. The wardrobe door fell off on day 1, almost on a child. Someone came to look at it however he never returned. The same with the parasol, no one came to fix that. The sun lounger beds were horrendous. The agent replaced these on day 2, however he didn’t replace the chair ones. These were filthy, ripped and weren’t fit for a dog. Thick cobwebs were all over the villa. The towels were thin and unusable. The villa is unsafe and nothing like the photos shown. Air conditioning is in the bedrooms, not in any other area as advertised.

We liked everything about the property. The house is big with six bedrooms. Both floors have its own kitchen. The pool area is great, plenty of room and sunbeds. The location is also great - beach is only 900m away. All the restaurants and cafes are also in walking distance. The host was friendly and answered all my questions fast. Thank you!
