GBGBStayed 11 nights there was plenty for us to cater for ourself. Location quite and a 100 yards away for dog

Parking wasn't always directly outside the property. Houses opposite look run down. Back door handle needs repairing.
GBHouse was clean. Kitchen has good facilities with washing machine and dishwasher. Plenty of hot water. Heating worked well. Close to tram.
Sofa beds weren't that comfy to sleep on. Bed sheet doesn't fit - it's to small. Bathroom sink plug seal is missing so doesn't hold water. You have to run tap to have a shave or a wash.. Toilet seat moves when you sit on it. Could do with extra kitchen utensils like wooden spoons , tongs etc. A larger fridge freezer would be good.
