Holden Court Apartments - Apt 6

Nice and clean apartment, good for a family. Good location, easy check-in and flexible check-out. Restaurants, grocery store and bus stop very nearby.

Smooth and easy to find. Great communication with owner. The cleaner was very lovely. Special shout out to Gwen!

It smelt really bad coming into the property The apartment itself was really run down and extremely dirty. Beds not comfortable, one set of bedding had a cigarette hole in it. Just in general a really run down apartment

Good place for the price we paid. Convenient location. Comparatively good and comfortable facilities. Wash room and rooms are good.

Parking was ample but sometime it will be full and no space inside the premises. They will take a deposit of 150GBP before you arrive. Even though they agreed to refund the deposit with in 2-4 business days, we got it after 7 working days. I assume they do it through a 3rd party service and delay occurred with them.

There is no lift

Apartment was almost value to money

People's living down stairs were noisy. There is no lift if you have luggage so it was very difficult to take luggage by my self.

It offered all basic amenities that was required.

I would have liked for the whole property to be spotless, toilet could have been cleaned better. I stayed in flat 6 and late night there was people coming and going in flat 5. You could also here voices of these people in flat 5 till early early morning, all this meant there was a safety concern as well as not getting proper sleep because of foot flow.
