Only one bathroom Baby equipment to be stored and only available to families who requires them Sky subscription not working viewing card not valid/ working Garden needs a tidy up and lawn mowed Smoke detector in living room covered in plastic bag, probably because of fire place. Replace with heat detectors More garbage bag to be available. The booking was for 4 pax, not sure what the issue was with the bunk beds, as my son is only 13 yr You could also do some some decorating and paint area of warn.

The property has loads of space, all the facilities required to have the whole family there! Great baby and children toys, bath, bed the list goes on. They absolutely loved it. The location is perfect and we hope to book this property again for multiple days in the summer. Big thank you from all of us, great property, great service from Hannah, very accommodating stay. Wonderful location, spotlessly clean. Wonderful for families and old friend reunions - if you respect you have young families living either side of you. Both of which we met and were lovely. If you’re bringing your dog Botony Bay is welcoming to dogs until 10am and in the evening but a short walk to the other beaches who welcome dogs all day some on and some off lead The whole coastline is well organised for swimming with walkways and pool steps which haven’t been updated but have stood the test of time. House is immaculately clean with lots of toys for kids and lots of room for adults. Wonderful stay
